These Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Tech Wranglers LLC ("Tech Wranglers," "we," "us," or "our"). By exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these terms.
Our text messaging is conversational and person-to-person. We exchange SMS messages with customers and contacts to coordinate remote and on-site IT support, answer service questions, confirm appointments, and follow up on support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not operate an automated or bulk messaging program.
You consent to exchange text messages with us when you contact us by phone, email, or in person and provide your mobile number, or when you provide your number during an existing business relationship for service coordination. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation and service needs with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT). Opt-outs are processed automatically by our messaging provider; once you reply STOP, our system is blocked from texting that number unless you contact us again or reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and may be affected by factors outside our control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued participation in our messaging after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
